The room was fabulous and cool enough with 2 terraces. The hotel was in an amazing location just off the lake beach and close to all the highlights of Bellagio and the neighboring Lake Como villages.

the room we had was super and fabulous, came with private balconies overlooking lago di como and updated bath plus of a comfortable size. had central location by gardens. all the staff were amiable giving some tips about the city.
Their staff were a bit rude.

The staff here are friendly, the rooms are spacious with private balconies that have great views of Lake Como, and the pool area is fantastic.

Great value for the price compared to other hotels in the area. Clean, attractive, and spacious rooms. Access to all the public spaces of a nearby famous 5-star hotel. Away from the noise of the lakefront but still close to everything you need. Bellagio is a small town, making it easy to explore on foot.
Limited English TV channels. Some minor flaws in the residence, but not worth mentioning.

Staying here was amazing! The location up the hill was perfect for getting to everything easily, including the city centre, the ferry, and the outdoor pool and lake. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved sitting on the roof terrace with a glass of wine. This was the perfect alternative to the more expensive hotels in town.
